Will you be tied down to a contract?

You will be contractors acting on behalf of the agency and will be responsible for arranging your own PAYE and NI. This will provide you with flexibility and the opportunity to work as a free lancer with scope to finding the perfect permanent role.

How are we different?

Everyone involved in this recruitment agency are practising teachers and senior leaders in schools. We are one of you! We work closely with a number of Multi- Academy Trusts and schools in North and East London. We understand how demanding teaching is as a profession and will do our utmost to help you find the perfect setting to make that change we all dream of.

We are not a typical recruiter…

It is not easy to make a decision to change jobs and it is even more challenging to find the right one. We understand the sensitive nature of any job search and take great care in listening to what is important to you.Therefore, we use our services to help our teachers and schools to come together through our supply teacher programme which enables them both to see if they are the right fit for one another. We believe that accepting a permanent role is a two way street.

We work closely with Primary and Secondary schools in North and East London, we offer short and long term opportunities in these schools in various subject areas, as well as other roles within the school too.
